How the Need for Education Reform Was Framed in New York State

It’s important to observe how the need for education reform is framed.  There are always loud advocates for both sides of educational issues.  What’s crucial is that members of the public learn to hear both sides and judge for themselves the cogency of different arguments.  In this clip, former commissioner of education John B.
